ENTRANCE

The house has a small entrance hall that opens into the hallway. The hallway leads on one side to the kitchen and the living-dining room, and on the other side to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

LIVING/DINING ROOM

The living-dining room is divided into a seating area and a dining area. In the seating area, there are 2 benches and a pouf. In the corner, there's a wood stove in the fireplace, which can effectively and cozily heat up the space during the winter season. A ceiling fan provides cooling. The television offers NLZiet via Google Chromecast with all Dutch channels and BBC, and Netflix. Through the Chromecast, it's also possible to stream your own media from a smartphone or tablet, such as other TV channels (ESPN), YouTube, photos, and videos taken earlier that day, etc. And if you can't decide, there's also a DVD player and a large collection of DVDs for both young and old. Additionally, there's a large JBL Bluetooth speaker, so you can play your own music. The dining area consists of a large 6-person dining table with 6 chairs. In a display cabinet, you'll find a wide assortment of glasses, and in the bookcase, the guestbook and a folder with explanations about the house, important addresses and phone numbers, and various tips (beaches, restaurants, walks, etc.). Furthermore, in the bookcase, you'll find necessary books, some cookbooks, books with walks in the area, and a large collection of board games.

KITCHEN

This kitchen, in addition to a fridge-freezer combination, also has a wine climate cabinet with 2 zones, so you always have white, rosé, sparkling wine, and even red wine at the right temperature. Furthermore, in the kitchen, you'll find a ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, milk frother, hand blender, blender, citrus juicer, and toaster. There is a wide selection of cooking and baking pans and a nice grill plate. The tableware is very extensive with a wide range of plates, bowls, and containers. And there's a block with all kinds of (very sharp!) kitchen knives. In short, you can put all your cooking skills to use here.

BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom

At the end of the hallway is the very spacious master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. A king-size box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. There is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner above the door (used for heating in winter). A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage space for your clothes. Through the sliding doors, you can access the outside and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains from the bed. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a cabinet, and a toilet.

Other 2 Bedrooms

Both other rooms are equipped with spacious built-in closets. Ceiling fans and air conditioners are installed in both rooms. On the other side of the hallway is the second bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Hot water is provided by a solar boiler. Unless it is very cloudy, you will have access to hot water. However, you may need to wait a moment before it comes out of the tap. In case of cloudy weather, there is an electric boiler as a backup.

Bedroom 2

With a queen-size bed with a box spring and an additional chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3

Two single beds with box springs.

TERRACE, SWIMMING POOL, AND GARDEN

On the covered terrace in front of the house, you can relax in the shade on the spacious lounge sofa. Enjoy the view of the swimming pool, garden, and mountains. There is also an extendable table for 4 to 6 people, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. In spring and summer, you can sit on the terrace in the milder evening sun. If it gets too hot, you can take a refreshing dip in your own swimming pool. The garden, both in front of and behind the house, is filled with beautiful flowers and shrubs. There are also avocado and olive trees, and behind the house, you will find fig, lemon, orange, and pomegranate trees. Except for the fig tree, the other fruit trees are still young, but some already bear fruits. When they are ripe, you are welcome to pick and eat them.

You can park your car at the back of the house. There is also a clothesline for drying laundry, which is very convenient as your laundry dries quickly in the abundant sunshine. Remember to close the gate at night.
